Hershey nugget packs returning to the craft fair

Hey there! Today I wanted to give you an update on what I’ll be including in my craft fair this year. I’ve been busy planning and making a list of items that I want to add, such as Hallmark watching kits and scrunchies. Last year, the Hallmark watching kits were a big hit, and I sold all but one. My neighbor loved the gnome and scrunchies that I made, so I’m planning to make more of those as well. To display the scrunchies, I’m considering using a pegboard system so that customers can easily see all the different colors and designs. Additionally, I’ve made Post-it note books, Bible journaling books, and small wooden decorations that I’ll be selling. I’m still finalizing pricing details for some of these items, but I’m excited to bring back the Hershey nugget packs, which were a success in the past. Overall, I’m trying to make my booth bright, cheery, and organized to attract customers. Hopefully, people will still be interested in my crafts this year!

Craft Fair Update

Hey there! I wanted to give you an update on my craft fair plans and what items I’ll be including this year. I’ve been brainstorming and making a list of items to add, including some popular ones from last year. So, let’s dive right in!

Popular Items from Last Year

One item that was a big hit last year were the Hallmark watching kits. I sold all but one of them, which I ended up giving to my daughter. I’ll definitely be bringing them back this year because they were a fan favorite.

I also have a beautiful decor plant that didn’t sell last year, but I think it just needs the right buyer. I’m planning to mark it down to $25 this year to try to sell it.

New Crafts

I’ve been busy making a large number of scrunchies for this year’s craft fair. I’ve already made 70 of them, and I’m eagerly awaiting some good Christmas fabric so I can make even more. I even had a neighbor come over and she loved the scrunchies so much that she took one and wore it in her hair all day!

In addition to the scrunchies, I’ve made a variety of Christmas fabric items, including gnomes and other decorations. I’m considering using a pegboard system to display them at the craft fair so that people can easily see all the different colors and patterns.

I’ve also created Post-it note books, Bible journaling books, and small wooden decorations. The Post-it note books will likely be priced at $4 each or 2 for $7, and the Bible journaling books at $7 each. I’m still finalizing the packaging and pricing details for these items.

Another craft I’ve added to my list is vinyl designs for small picture frames. They’re a fun and personalized gift idea. I’ve also made several sublimation tumblers and I’m considering pricing them at $23 each.

Conflicting Pricing Advice

I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit uncertain about pricing my products. I’ve been asking for advice from others, but I’ve received conflicting opinions. It’s tough to find the balance between pricing my crafts fairly and making a profit. I’ll need to carefully consider different pricing strategies and do some market research to make an informed decision.

Products to Sell

In addition to the items I mentioned earlier, I’ll also be selling floral pieces, handmade pencils with different designs, wooden houses, a rainbow decoration, and a “Joy to the World” sign. These were all popular items last year, and I’m confident they’ll be a hit again.

I also have a cocoa bar decoration and book pillows, but I’m still on the fence about bringing them back this year. I’ll have to weigh the demand and space considerations before making a final decision.

I’ll definitely be bringing back the Hallmark watching kits since they were so well-received. I’ll also have vinyl beer can glasses, tumblers, scrunchies, gift card holders, and Hershey nugget packs. These items have all been successful in the past, and I’m excited to offer them again.

Different Packaging

This year, I’m planning to package my crafts differently. I’m considering using crayons and a coloring book as part of the packaging. It adds a fun and interactive element for customers, especially if they have children. I recommend buying crayons during back-to-school sales to save some money.

Display Ideas

Displaying my crafts in an eye-catching and organized way is crucial for attracting customers. For the scrunchies, I’m thinking of using a pegboard system and arranging them by color and design. I might also display hair bows on a little card or a keychain holder for easy viewing. Bright, cheery, and organized booths tend to draw people in, so I’ll be focusing on creating that atmosphere.

Excitement for Christmas Papers

I’m eagerly awaiting an order of Christmas papers that I’ll be using for some of my crafts. I’m excited to start using them and incorporating them into my designs. Christmas always brings a special kind of joy, and I hope that reflects in my crafts.

Additional Notepad-like Items

I’ve been considering adding more notepad-like items to my craft fair lineup. The journaling books I made in the past turned out beautifully, so I might create a few more variations. They’re always handy to have and make great gifts.

Hope for Interest in Crafts

With the craft fair season approaching, I can’t help but feel a bit nervous about people’s interest in crafts this year. I hope that despite the challenges and uncertainties, people will still appreciate and support handmade items. There’s something unique and special about the time and effort that goes into creating crafts.

Craft Fairs in the Summer Heat

As much as I love craft fairs, the summer heat can definitely be a challenge. That’s why I only do one craft fair per year, and I’ve chosen the Christmas fair as my annual event. The cooler weather adds to the festive atmosphere and makes it easier to handle outdoor events. Plus, who doesn’t love shopping for Christmas decorations and gifts during the holiday season?

So that’s a comprehensive update on what’s going on with my craft fair plans. I hope you’re as excited as I am to see everything come together. Thanks for joining me on this journey, and stay tuned for more updates to come!
