Hey there! Welcome to Crafty Crafts By Deanna! I just wanted to take some time to recap my amazing craft fair day. It was truly a great day filled with excitement, creativity, and wonderful interactions with customers.
Booth Setup
Setting up my booth at the craft fair was an adventure in itself. Despite the wind causing a few hiccups, I managed to get everything in place. My booth, numbered 131, was strategically positioned with no one next to us. This allowed me the freedom to set up my space a little differently this year. I added some festive decorations, such as a gingerbread girl and garlands, to enhance the overall aesthetic.
Crafts Displayed
I showcased a variety of crafts at my booth, ranging from wood items to albums, planners, and many more. Here’s a breakdown of the crafts I had on display:
Wood Items
I had an impressive collection of wood items, including kid packs, reindeer figurines, and adorable gingerbread stuffies. These items were a hit among customers.
Albums
My collection of albums, featuring unique designs and themes, caught the attention of many visitors. From baby girl albums to Christmas-themed options, there was something for everyone.
Planners
The Christmas planners I had on display were a great hit. They were beautifully designed and offered a practical solution for organizing during the festive season.

In addition to wood items, albums, and planners, I had an array of other crafts available for purchase. These included hot cocoa trees, Santa’s cookies folios, and even some cute pillows.

I had the opportunity to meet two lovely ladies who came all the way from Salina, Texas. They recognized me from my YouTube channel and it meant the world to me to have them visit my booth. I also had the pleasure of meeting other followers from Plano, Garland, and various places near the craft fair location.

It wasn’t just the followers who made the day special. I had numerous positive interactions with customers who were impressed with the quality and uniqueness of my crafts. People appreciated the attention to detail and the creativity that went into each piece. These interactions truly warmed my heart and made all the hard work worthwhile.
Success of the Craft Fair
I’m thrilled to share that the craft fair was a tremendous success. I sold a significant number of items, with approximately 70 to 75 percent of my inventory finding new homes.
Many Items Sold
From wood items to albums and planners, it seemed like there was something for everyone. Customers were excited about the variety of crafts available and couldn’t resist making a purchase. It was so fulfilling to see my hard work pay off.
Positive Feedback
Not only did I sell many items, but I also received an abundance of positive feedback. Customers were delighted with their purchases and shared kind words about the quality and creativity of my crafts. Their appreciation and satisfaction made all the effort and late nights worthwhile.
Exhaustion After the Craft Fair
After a long day at the craft fair, I must admit that exhaustion kicked in. Despite the fatigue, I couldn’t help but reflect on what an incredible day it had been.
Early Bedtime: 7:30 PM
To recover from the long day, I made the decision to head to bed early. By 7:30 PM, I was snuggled up and ready to recharge for the next day.
Waking up at 5 AM
The following day, I woke up bright and early at 5 AM. While my body still craved more sleep, I couldn’t contain my excitement for the day ahead.
Despite Exhaustion, It Was a Great Day
Yes, I was exhausted. Yes, my body felt heavy. But you know what? It was all worth it. The joy, the connections made, and the success of the craft fair overshadowed any physical fatigue I felt.

While the craft fair was a success, I did find myself with leftover items. But fear not! I have exciting plans for these items.
